Diewan

Infrastructure for an accountability economy.

Authority stated. Action proven. Responsibility preserved.

Every day we act through systems that speak for us — a clerk, a contract, a chain, an agent. When something goes wrong the answer arrives without a face: the system does not allow it. No mandate to inspect, no proof of what was done, no one left answerable. Diewan is an attempt to make that sentence impossible to say honestly.

The wager is simple: a valuable digital action should carry, wherever it travels, independent proof of four things. Not stored in one trusted vault, but portable — verifiable by anyone, locally, without asking permission of the party being checked.

01 — Mandate

Authority

What was permitted, by whom, within which limits.

02 — Action

Event

What actually occurred, materialized as evidence.

03 — Receipt

Proof

A binding of action to mandate that anyone can check.

04 — Responsibility

Answerability

Who remains accountable once the action is done.
